Summer is approaching fast and while working out to feel our best is important year round, we can’t lie that we want to feel awesome in the season that requires the least amount of clothing like tank tops, dresses, shorts and bikinis – am I right!? This month let’s tone those arms and back so we can rock those sleeveless outfits proud!

UPPER BODY WORKOUT

12 DB Single Arm Shoulder Press
20 DB Alternating Bicep Curl

CIRCUIT #2:
12 DB Double Arm Row
12 DB Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension
12 DB Romanian Deadlift
* 3 SETS

CIRCUIT #3:
12 BB Bicep Curl
12 BB Wide Grip Row
12 BW Tricep Dips
*3 SETS
