BB Pause Sumo Squats {pause for 3 counts at 90 degrees}: 4×10

BB 1/2 Sumo Squats Pulses {stay down, only come half way up}: 4×15

Cable Kickbacks: 3×15

Split Squat Scissor Jumps: 3×20

Abductor *Negatives: 3×12
