Tight & Toned Abs
Everyone has abs! Yes, yes you do. Some are just more visible than others, but everyone has them. So why can’t you see them? Having visible abs is a result of low body fat and that comes down to your nutrition! You can be in the gym 6x a week but if you don’t control what you are putting in your mouth, you won’t see the results you’re capable of achieving!
It’s important to train your abs whether you can see your abdominals or not because a strong core benefits your posture, stability, prevents injuries, increases your strength/power output during exercise and will make day to day tasks much easier! PLUS once you lose the desired body fat you will see those tight little nuggets waiting for to shine through.
I train my abs 2x per week and these are two of my current favourite exercises!
