IT’S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIMEEEE OF THE YEARRRRRR!


Could you hear me singing? I’m basically screaming.

Alright, let’s get to the nitty gritty.

It’s December, like I said – the most wonderful time of year – Christmas is near, our kitchens are about to explode with baking and we might feel the need to eat 8 of them at once – and taste test the batter! Hey now, you can’t poison your loved ones so you better make sure those cookies taste GOOD!

(I would judge you if you DIDN’T…Ha!)

You might not have all the time in the world to spend in the gym in the upcoming weeks, am I right? (I’m usually always right). Don’t worry, I’ve got you with this super fast, intense, crazy, knock your socks off and burn those BUNS workout! That’s a long name but I’m pretty sure it explains what it’s going to do… Whip that booty! And you know what that means – more room for cookies!!!! 😀
(Just kidding! or… am I?)

Do this plyometrics conditioning workout 1-2x a week and you will burn roughly 500 calories if you are keeping your rest periods short between exercises and 2 minutes between sets! The point of conditioning workouts is to burn the most amount of calories/have a killer workout in the shortest amount of time. Rest periods are suppose to be short to keep your heart rate up until you finish the entire set.

20 Speed Skaters

20 BW Squats (hold medicine ball/kettle bell out front for extra challenge)
20 Kettle Bell Swings
20 Curtsy Lunges
*3 SETS

Plank Mountain Climbers
