RKF8WeekChallenge’s are designed for those wanting to tone up, lose weight, build lean muscle and enhance their quality of life!
The training program is designed for IN-GYM workouts, 4 days a week that should take you NO longer than 1.5 hours of your day. You can expect 8-weeks worth of fat blasting, muscle sculpting, FUN workouts paired with intense cardio routines!
Throughout the challenge duration I heavily focus on character building skills, goal setting exercises, the power of positivity and law of attraction, believing in yourself and working as hard to improve your mindset as we are to improve our physique!
Meal plan guidance is provided through a structured meal plan, with breakfast/lunch/dinner and snack ideas. This meal plan is what I believe looks like perfect nutrition that is nutrient dense and full of nutrients for when it comes to reaching your goals and living a vibrant life. Our goal is to always create and maintain a healthy relationship with food!
The best part about this challenge aside from the mental and physical transformation is the accountability factor! Not only do I personally check in with each of you individually through email every two weeks, but you have an incredible support system by a TRIBE of like-minded women crushing their goals alongside of you! We are in touch multiple times a week, if not daily through our private Facebook group!
