Randi’s challenge allowed me to connect with other girls out there who had the same passion as I did with fitness and nutrition. It’s a great way to get more involved in bettering yourself physically and mentally. Before I started this challenge I had lost almost 60 pounds and found a great love for fitness, but I felt like I was starting to hit a plateau and I was ready for another challenge. These last 8 weeks have been awesome! It gave me the challenge I wanted and allowed me to push myself and see the results I wanted.
