Blueberry Protein Packed Muffins

Ingredients:

* 1 scoop NLA for Her Blueberry Muffin
* 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
* 1/2 cup Oats
* 1 tsp Baking Powder
* 3 packages of Splenda
* 2 tbsp Egg Whites
* 1/4 cup of milk (of choice, I like Cashew Milk)
* 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries

Directions:
Preheat oven at 350. In a blender, blend first five ingredients, then mix in the remaining ingredients except the blueberries. Once mixed completely, fold in the blueberries. Pour into 4 muffin tins. Bake for 20 mins.

Recipe yields 4 muffins. Nutrition per muffin:
84 calories; 6g Protein, 12g Carbs, 1.75g Fat
