Raw Avocado Pesto Pasta!

A simply delicious way to get in more vegetables while
being completely and totally… satisfying!


– 1 large Zucchini
– 1/2 large Avocado
– 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Dried Green Onion
– Garlic Spice
– Chili Flakes
– Grape Tomatoes


1) Spiralize the zucchini, set it aside
2) Mash up avocado
3) Add: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried green onion and garlic spice to taste to mashed avocado
4) * Mix all together, Garnish with grape tomatoes and chili flakes

Cooktime: 5 minutes
