P U M P K I N SPICE P R O T E I N CHEESECAKE!
Cheesecake without the guilt! 
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups of Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 cups of Baking Splenda or Stevia
  • 2 scoops of 1UP Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Protein Cheesecake
    (RANDI20 saves you 20%)
  • 2 Whole Eggs (room temperature, do not omit)
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 16 oz of Fat Free Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamo

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together with any sort of blender or food processor, but NOT a hand blender (a hand blender will create bubbles in the batter which we do not want with cheesecake). Once mixed well, pour mixture into a round pie dish at 250 F for 30 minutes then bake at 300 F for an additional 35 minutes. Once finished, remove and let it cool in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Slice into 8 pieces.

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and light whip cream (this is a MUST! :P).
Macros per slice with 2 tbsp of light whip cream (recipe yields 8 pieces):
