Would you believe me if I said there was a way to “have your ice cream and eat it too” without sacrificing your goals even a little bit?

Well there is!

You are not going to believeeeee the ingredients in this nice cream. When I first heard of adding cauliflower to my ice cream I thought… “WAIT!?! CAULIFLOWER? E…w…?” Probably like you’re thinking right now. But don’t knock it till you try it! Cauliflower is a great ingredient to add to certain dishes solely for volume because it actually goes in quite tasteless! Especially with chocolate 🤤 – Stick with me here!

 

Ingredients:
– 1 Frozen Banana
– 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower
– 1 scoop Chocolate Protein (I used 1Up Natural Raw Vegan Chocolate Protein)
– 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

*BLEND
* Add desired toppings (I used semi-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips)
Make sure you have a reallllly good blender like a Ninja, Vitamix (or something of the sort)
