The best part about this dessert is that you can make any combination that your heart desires! Chocolate peanut butter banana, cinnamon apple or vanilla raspberry to name a few.
It’s almost effortless – but don’t tell that to anyone that you make it for because it tastes like a delicacy! I mean people spend $8+ on chia seed pudding when eating out! (I would know…)
Did I mention this is VEGAN!? That definitely means it’s healthy, right? Haha!
- 30g Chia Seeds
- 230g Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 scoop 1Up Nutrition Raw Vegan Vanilla Protein
- *Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours, overnight is best*
Toppings: As we said, you can do anything!
I made mine with fresh organic raspberries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs and a tinyyyyy bit of maple syrup!
