RKF8WeekChallenge is designed for those wanting to tone up, lose weight, gain muscle, or enhance their quality of living.
This training program is designed for IN-GYM workouts, 4 days a week that should take you no longer than 1.5 hours of your day. You can expect 8-weeks of detailed muscle sculpting, fat blasting, resistance training workouts paired with fun and intense cardio routines!
Throughout the challenge I focus on character building skills, goal setting exercises, the power of positivity and law of attraction, believing in yourself and working as hard to improve your mindset as you are to improve your physique.
I want you to approach this 8-week challenge with an open mind and open heart. This is going to be much different than anything you have ever done before and I can’t wait to do it alongside you!
Meal plan guidance is provided; this provides meal and snack ideas of what to eat to help you reach your goals while creating/maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
My newest ‘All About Macros’ Guide is now included for those that wish to learn more about how to track macros. Whether you’re an intuitive eater or an aspiring/current macro tracker you will learn tips/tricks and healthy habits that will make your approach to nutrition that much more enjoyable.
The best part about this 8-week challenge aside from the mental and physical transformation is the personal accountability factor! I personally check in with each challenger individually through email to hold you accountable in reaching your set goals. RKF8weekChallenges are always capped out at a certain number of participants per challenge to ensure each individual is receiving the attention and support they deserve.
Progress photos are mandatory bi-weekly at weeks 2,4,6,8. These also make you eligible to win PRIZES and GIVEAWAYS that will be given out to those that achieve the greatest overall transformation, work hard, encourage the team and are the most enthusiastic over the 8-weeks!
