ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

RKF8WeekChallenge is designed for those wanting to tone up, lose weight, gain muscle, or jump start their fitness journey.
This training program is designed for IN-GYM workouts, 5 days a week that should take you no longer than 1.5 hours of your day. With 8-weeks of detailed muscle sculpting, fat blasting, WEIGHT TRAINING workouts, paired with intense cardio routines, you will be on your way to your best body yet.
Meal plan guidance is provided with a clean eating approach meal plan outline; this provides meal and snack ideas of what to eat and when. This meal plan guideline will teach you the importance of portion sizes and meal timing. I recommend following the meal plan guidelines for best results during our time together. RKFITNESS Approved Grocery List is also provided. This includes a wide variety of protein, carbs, and fats options to choose from to incorporate in to your daily meals, including supplement advice and recommendations. This explains what supplements do and how to incorporate them in to your routine.
The best part about this 8-week Challenge aside from working hard towards your goals, is the accountability factor! I personally check in with each challenger weekly through email to hold you accountable in reaching your goals. RKF Challenges are capped out at a certain number of participants per challenge to ensure each challenger is receiving the attention and support they deserve.
Progress photos are mandatory bi-weekly. These also make you eligible to win PRIZES and GIVEAWAYS that will be given out to those that achieve the best transformation, work the hardest, and is the most enthusiastic over the 8-weeks!
