Do you like fries? What about sweet potato fries?! – Then I think you will love these!

Introducing yet another fun way to get in your veggies… Dun, dun, dun – daaaa! CARROT FRIES!

WAIT! Carrots tasting like FRIES? Randi, you’ve lost it.
– Just give them a try!

 

 

Ingredients: Carrots

Instructions: Wash the carrots and cut them in half, then cut the halves in half!

Cook Time: Bake on 500 for 25-30 minutes, broil for 5-10 minutes.
Every oven is different but they should obviously be soft and not crunchy!

The sauce I LOVE with them is a homemade peanut sauce!
Made of peanut butter powder, water, flax seed, sriracha and sometimes a little 0cal maple syrup for sweetness.

These are definitely my favourite way to eat carrots and probably the easiest recipe you will ever make!
